We want you in the right fit.
If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

The Rules (Because We’re Grown)

Your piece must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Free of scent, makeup, hair, or evidence of a full day

Try it on. Admire yourself.

Just don’t break it in before sending it back.

Returns that look lived in will be sent back.

Exchanges & Size Adjustments

Ordered the wrong size?

If the piece is in stock, we’ll exchange it.

If it’s sold out but we still have the yarn, we’ll recreate it in the correct size.

That’s the benefit of handmade.

Customer covers return shipping.
We’ll cover shipping on the replacement once.

Refunds or Store Credit

Once approved, you may choose:

• Refund to original payment method
• Store credit

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale

Limited releases, custom pieces, and discounted items are final sale.

If it was rare or marked down, it’s yours.
